NSTEE: Ecommerce SEO and Content for a Premium Apparel Brand

Case study: NSTEE

The client

NSTEE (nstee.in) is our in-house D2C and B2B apparel brand, focused on premium heavyweight cotton essentials. Because it's our own brand, it's where we test our ecommerce SEO and content playbooks with our own budget.

The starting point

The site had weak on-page content, limited visits and low engagement. Product pages didn't answer the questions shoppers ask before buying premium basics, such as fabric weight (GSM), fit, care and sizing.

What we did

  • Rewrote product and category content around real shopper searches.
  • Improved on-page SEO: titles, headings, internal links and structured product information.
  • Improved search visibility for product and category keywords.
  • Tracked behaviour in analytics to see what shoppers engaged with.

What other D2C brands can learn

Premium basics compete on details that a photo can't show: fabric weight, stitching, fit and how the garment feels after twenty washes. Writing those details into product pages and category copy gave shoppers, and search engines, the information they needed to choose. The lesson applies to any D2C brand. Before spending more on ads, make sure your product pages answer the questions a careful buyer would ask in a shop.
